Prohibited Items for Shipping

At Dino-Express, we strictly adhere to US Customs regulations and the guidelines of domestic and international carriers and airlines. Please note that we are not licensed to transport dangerous goods.

All packages are subject to random internal and external compliance checks to ensure smooth and timely delivery. This includes opening packages to verify the declared shipment information.

The following items cannot be shipped:

Food and beverages
(including candy, tea, coffee)

Medications
(prescription and non-prescription)

Cannabis, narcotics, or drugs of any kind

Dietary supplements

Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

Plant matter, including seeds

Chemicals,
hazardous materials,
or combustibles

Knockoffs
(products violating copyright laws)

Human remains, including ashes and hair

Animals

Counterfeit products

Packages taped together

FDA-regulated items and shipments requiring special clearance

Foods and items consumed orally
(e.g. food and beverages, toothbrushes, health supplements)

Drugs (prescription and non-prescription), including cannabis, narcotics or drugs of any kind

Drug paraphernalia

Dietary supplements including vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids

Cosmetics or skincare products considered medication
(e.g. acne creams, topical ointments)

Biologics
(e.g. vaccines, blood products)

Medical devices including thermometers, dental instruments, hearing aids

Electronic products that give off radiation

Alcohol

Tobacco products including smoking paraphernalia, vape pens, e-cigarettes

Veterinary products

Insects/animals including live, skeletons, endangered animal furs

Human remains including ashes and hair

Oils

Used automobile parts

Lithium batteries

Any plant matter including seeds

Flammable and hazardous materials
(e.g. woodchips, matches, cleaning chemicals, hazardous gases, sprays)

Firearms, ammunition, or any type of weapons

If you are unsure whether your product contains any FDA-regulated ingredients, it is your responsibility to contact the US FDA to ensure it is safe to ship. Failure to do so may result in penalties. For more information, please visit this page.

Packaging Tips:

Use packaging that is in good condition (sturdy and sealed). Add internal cushioning if possible.
4×6 thermal labels are preferred. Ensure the packaging is free of labels/stickers that do not pertain to the shipment.
Do not tape multiple packages together.

Value:

Accurately describing the retail value of each shipment in your Dino-Express account is crucial for insurance and customs purposes.

Maximum Shipment Values:

Canadian addresses: Shipments cannot exceed $2500 CAD.
U.S. & International addresses: Shipments cannot exceed $800 USD to one address per day, including combined shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses.
Gifts: Cannot exceed $100 USD.
